Tasting note
The Chianti Classico Riserva from Le Fonti has an enchanting fruit and wonderful finesse. A deep dark wine with great concentration and wonderful structure. It's a lot of fun!

Vinification
Die Vinifikation fand wie folgt statt: Die Gärung dauert ca 30 Tage. Danach reift der Wein ein Jahr lang in Barriques. Nach weiteren 9 Monaten Flaschenreife kommt der Wein schliesslich auf den Markt.
