About the wine

The Gagliole winery is a paradise of vines, roses and dry stone walls. For the Swiss couple Monika and Thomas Bär-Bettschart, it was love at first sight. As a result, the holiday home became a family project that three generations are working on today.

Tasting note
The bouquet smells of cherries and plums with subtle roasted aromas. A soft, fruity wine with high extract sweetness and harmonious, ripe tannins, dense fruit and spiciness, harmonious with chocolaty notes right down to the very end.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, dark poultry, hard cheese, steak and refined pasta dishes.
