About the wine

In the lovely hilly landscape of Tuscany, south of Florence, the castle from the 12th century is surrounded by vines. The 102-hectare estate grows on 52 hectares of vines and 20 hectares of olive trees, the rest consists of fruit trees and forest. In recent years, the original wine cellar has been renovated with small and large wooden barrels. In addition to the production of wine, olive oil and wine vinegar, Castello di Gabbiano also offers guest rooms.
