Tasting note
Sangiovese shows all its power and elegance: fascinating on the nose, with notes of dark cherries and spices, it develops clear balsamic notes as it ripens. The taste is compact, light and well-balanced in the tannins. The aftertaste is extensive and pleasant.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, hearty and spicy dishes Braised game, grilled meat. From the age of ten, it becomes an excellent meditation wine.
