With this dominant Chardonnay 2015 — Chiaranda DOP Bianco Contessa Entellina, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The winemaker from the Italian winery Donnafugata has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Sicily. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Chardonnay can be served very well with goat cheese or poultry.

8 months on the yeasts, partly in French oak (65% in barrique barrels first and second occupancy) and partly in small cement tanks (35%).
