About the wine
Rocca Sveva combines tradition with modernity. It is one of the most advanced wineries in Italy, which works closely with the University of Verona and is constantly testing new technologies in viticulture and winemaking. At the same time, Rocca Sveva is characterized by old wine cellars that date back to the 18th century. This combination of tradition and modernity is also reflected in her extraordinary assemblages.

Tasting note
The Chiaropuro, Bianco Veronese, IGT aromas of petrol, nectarine and pineapple express a lot of character with a very special structure. Next, the playful nuances of apple, apricot and lime reveal their own character. With a slim body and outstanding acidity, this white wine presents its flawless structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, fish dishes, light dishes, ideal even solo. Chiaropuro has an extremely varied taste and therefore invites you to experiment.
Vinification
The grapes are dried for at least 10 days before they are pressed.
