About the wine
Always highly praised by Swiss wine critics and also by Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, this Bündner sparkling wine is undoubtedly one of the finest sparkling wines from our country. Francisca and Christian Obrecht work in their 7 hectares of vineyards according to biodynamic principles; their wine is certified with the Bio Suisse label.

Tasting note
BRUT delights the eye with its delicate color and delights the palate with its filigree structure and typical fine fruit.
Culinary recommendation
On Sundays for brunch, before the concert, at midnight, for the anniversary or, like Napoleon, “After the victory, you deserve it, after the defeat, you need it.”
Vinification
The basis for this elegant sparkling wine is the best Pinot Noir grapes. These are harvested around 14 days before the main harvest and pressed directly. As in Champagne, the salmon-pink juice is fermented in the bottle using traditional methods.
