Tasting note
A pure Cinsault of unwatered bush vines, just 5 km from the cold False Bay. Spontaneously fermented and aged for 8 months in French oak, this extremely versatile food companion shows lots of ripe cherry fruit, subtle herbal notes and peppery notes.

The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2025. Flaschenpost team recommends you with pizza, pasta and hearty meat dishes.
