About the wine
We have a special, mild white wine for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Fertile landscapes in Geneva give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery La Cave de Genève conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This viognier is excellent with fondue or roasted poultry in lemon sauce.

Tasting note
The Clémence Viognier comes from historic locations. The brilliant, bright wine of light yellow color is characterized by fruit aromas reminiscent of midsummer. In the foreground are notes of white peach, apricot and pear, agrum tones also linger. Subtle floral notes complete it. The soft, creamy yet fresh-looking body is accompanied by elegant wood notes, such as those typical of wines with short barrique aging.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, crustaceans, cheese and dessert.
Vinification
Thanks to precise pressing and aging in French oak barrels, an elegant and harmonious wine is produced.
