Tasting note
Beautiful soft yellow robe with silver reflections. Complex and versatile on the nose with aromas of toasted brioche, broom blossoms, bay leaves and cardamom. After a fresh, energetic start on the palate, round and velvety soft like all of our cuvées. In the mouth, there are notes of candied lemons, hazelnuts and sage.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, grilled fish, fish soup, shellfish, oysters and mussels.
