About the wine
Nice interplay of sour cherry and cassis aromas with a subtle note of mild spices. On the palate, it appears delicate, complex and harmonious with supple tannins.

Tasting note
The playful bouquet of blackberry, bread and jam shows aromatic complexity and plenty of culinary potential. The dominant nuances of blackcurrant and chocolate create their individual texture. Medium-bodied and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with braised beef, lamb, venison, mature semi-hard and hard cheeses.
Vinification
12 months in Swiss oak barrels.
