Tasting note
Medium-dense ruby red with distinct garnet reflections. Delicate scent of plums, cherries and some violets as well as spices. Compact nice balance, robust tannins, well-integrated acidity, very varietal, present expansion aromas on the palate, mineral finish. Traditionally vinified and very typical.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meat, BBQ, hard cheese, aperitifs and charcuterie.
