Intense ruby red. Complex nose with red fruit, plum. Balsamic hints and notes of vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate, of great elegance, soft tannins and balanced acidity. Very long finish. The Gran Vin by Brolio

Beef venison lamb
Vinification
Made from 100% Sangiovese Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (24°C-27°C), 14-16 days of contact with the skins and daily pumping. The wine matures for 18 months in 500-liter barrels, 30% of which 70% are new in the second year.
