Tasting note
Almost black dark red with purple reflections. Aromas of blueberries, raspberries, cloves and pepper, followed by wonderful flavors of black cherries, wild berries and mocha. Nice structure, soft and velvety, wonderfully balanced with well-integrated tannins, long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with venison terrine, lasagna, pasta with eggplant and parmesan, couscous with merguez, grilled shellfish, turkey in mushroom sauce, rabbit pepper, spare ribs, duck with olives, chili con carne, grilled entrecote and desserts with chocolate.
