About the wine
The grapes grow in a beautiful nature reserve, which is adjacent to a large oak forest. On an impermeable sandstone slab, the vine feeds on a thin but rich humus layer of jerk leaves and vine shoots.
Tasting note
Light pink in the glass with copper reflections. On the nose, the unique combination of ripe lemon, raspberry and strawberry. On the palate, the Ultimate Provence (also known as UP Rosé) is wonderfully spicy thanks to its Syrah content with good acidity. That makes him a great food companion. But it can also be enjoyed just like that. Fresh start in the mouth, followed by a round, easy finale. A fine balance between fruit and freshness. The ultimate wine for every occasion!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, crustaceans, seafood, Asian dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, grilled meats, poultry, charcuterie and vegetables.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the night. The wine ages on fine yeast for a few months before it is bottled.
