About the wine
We have a special, fresh Tempranillo from 2015 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery El Coto de Rioja masters this red wine in the beautiful and fertile landscape of the Upper Ebro. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Tempranillo can be served very well with barbecue or lasagna.
Tasting note
Deep dark red with distinctive purple hues. Aromatics: Ripe fruity compote notes of dark plums, pickled cherries, roasted notes of mocha and vanilla as well as fir forest. Very long start, present tannins, juicy acidity, good stature, very aromatic in the finale. Harmonious, aromatic wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game and wild fowl and mild, exotically seasoned dishes, as well as grilled meat.
