About the wine
The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta do Crasto masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and sunny landscape of the Douro Valley. You will certainly enjoy the fine Crasto Branco DOC, which was produced in 2017.

Tasting note
Light clear golden yellow. The fruity bouquet is loosened up by a mineral note, but the lovely fruity and floral aromas are defining. That is why the body surprises with robust acidity, accompanied by spicy lemon and mandarin aromas. Backed by a fresh, melty finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, grill, hard cheese and saltwater fish.
Vinification
The grapes are selected, stemmed and pressed, and the must is clarified in steel tanks for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14°C) for 30 days.
