About the wine
We have a special, dominant sparkling wine for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the French winery Wolfberger grows this wine in the Alsace countryside. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this sparkling wine with shellfish or fish dishes.
Tasting note
Eye: beautiful pink with salmon tone; palate: round and full-bodied. With its aroma of red fruits on the palate, its fine liveliness and its rose-colored dress with deep salmon-colored nuances, it inevitably evokes festive colors and delights.

Vinification
The Crémants d'Alsace are produced from Alsatian grape varieties - either in pure form or as a blend. The grapes, which always come from AOC grape varieties, are picked at the very beginning of the harvest, so that the exact moment can be tapped when they promise the greatest balance and the finest harmony. The Crémants d'Alsace are produced according to the traditional method and turned upside down every day so that the depot accumulates in the bottleneck. In this way, they patiently mature to the point of dégorgement, the removal of the yeast base.
