Tasting note
The cuvée “de Chanceny” is easy to describe: light yellow in color. Fine, persistent pearl. Fine, lively, complex bouquet that combines the freshness of Chenin Blanc and the floral overtones of Chardonnay with Cabernet Franc fruits. Lively first impression on the palate, with a rounded structure and an elegant finish. Nice, long aftertaste with hints of fresh fruit (pears, peaches).”

Vinification
Hand picking, gentle pressing and cool fermentation at 18°C ensure that all aromas are retained. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle. The Cuvée de Chanceny uses a selection of the best wines according to the Méthode Traditionnelle.
