About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the French winery Paul Jaboulet Aîné extend across the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Hermitage as an aperitif or vegetable buffer.
Bio
Tasting note
Fruity and floral bouquet of ripe Amalfi lemons. Medium-bodied, creamy and fresh with a slight almond note on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hard cheeses, pork and veal.
Vinification
Handpicked in small boxes. Whole grape pressing. Fermentation in a cement plant and 15% new French barriques and maturation in fermentation tanks on pure yeast.
