About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Paul Jaboulet Aîné greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside of the Côtes du Rhône. We have a special, dominant Shiraz from 2016 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Shiraz is excellent to serve with game or barbecue.

Tasting note
Intense, yellow-fruity bouquet of yellow fruits such as mirabelles and quinces. Creamy start, lots of fruit melt and good balance, a strong white wine for the table.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hard cheese, pork and veal.
Vinification
Hand picking, whole grape pressing, fermentation in cement eggs, French oak barrels and steel tanks, then maturation for 8 months in cement eggs, French oak barrels and steel tanks.
