Tasting note
The Chenin Blanc grape is certainly one of the most diverse and underrated types of white wine in the wine world. Originally located in the Loire Valley of France, it finds a new home in the sunny parlour of Thurgau, where it produces excellent white wines. This pure Chenin Blanc offers a diverse nose: hawthorn and orange blossoms, carambola, apple peel, cut grass, haystacks and wet stone. It nestles harmoniously, almost creamy and yet with an exciting grip on the palate and is full, lively and juicy! An exciting, fruit-sweet game of lemongrass, nectarine, dried ginger and dried apricot. Enjoy it with Müllerin style trout, spicy finger food or green asparagus.
