The first 100% PIWI wine (made from fungus-resistant grapes) in our range from the Swiss “Piwi expert”, Roland Lenz. Thanks to its thick berry peel, this grape variety does not contain plant protection products. The pure Souvignier Gris smells of citrusy notes such as: lemon zest, lime, lemon balm, crunchy Granny Smith and wet stone. On the palate, it is dry with a fine herbaceous tart and juicy, lively acidity. The citrus and stone notes also set the tone here. A treat with wiener schnitzel, fish crispy and penne with lemon cream sauce.
