About the wine
To get a feel for the mountainous and hilly landscape aesthetics of Valais, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Charles Bonvin Fils masters with a keen sense of texture. We have a special, distinctive Petite Arvine from 2015 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This petite arvine can be served very well with fondue or rice dishes.

Tasting note
This exceptional wine combines race and elegance, complexity and opulence. Expansive, long and powerful, its taste spreads out on the palate. Aromas of quince, ripe apricots and candied orange peel merge with a hint of saffron and the roasted aromas of toast, vanilla and butterscotch of the subtle oak aging. The scent of roses, acacia flowers and daffodils evolves with increasing ventilation. It is therefore worthwhile to carafe the wine.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team tip: Cuvée 1858 Blanc goes perfectly with toast Hawaii, risotto and fried chicken. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the white wine is slightly chilled 10°-12°C.
