The grapes for this minimally sulfurized, unfiltered Chardonnay come from the “Grande Côte” location in Molesme, where the soils are characterized by red marl. The wine was aged in oak barrels for around one and a half years. The nose shows aromas of mirabelles, crunchy apples, citrus zest and a hint of green papaya, plus notes of white flowers and chalky mineral tones, underlined with a delicate toasty wood touch. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with a subtle, mineral-nutty tannin structure. THE WINE HAS A NATURAL TURBIDITY AND A FINE YEAST DEPOT.
