About the wine
The winemaker from the Austrian winery Alois Kracher masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque landscape of Burgenland. With the dominant Chardonnay 2013 — Cuvee Auslese, nuances and accents are redefined. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Chardonnay can be served very well with soft cheese or asparagus.

Tasting note
A lot of fruit is already in the nose. Yellow fruits on the palate too, very refreshing with a creamy texture. Well-integrated acidity and long fruit aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian cuisine, desserts and soft cheeses.
Vinification
Made from Chardonnay and Welschriesling grapes. The subsequent maturation lasts eleven months in steel tanks.
