About the wine
The winemaker from the Austrian winery Alois Kracher has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the hallmarks of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque landscape of Burgenland. Tasting note
White peach, passion fruit and honeydew melon on the nose. On the palate, very nice hints of stone fruit, tangerines, citrus and ripe yellow peach. Very elegant acid structure and a very long and fresh finish. The leader in terms of readout by Gerhard Kracher!
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with fruity desserts, such as honey parfait on apricot compote, quince mousse with amaretti crumbs or tangerine-hazelnut cake, but also with spicy soft cheeses.
Vinification
Ageing 85% in stainless steel tanks and 15% in barriques, then 12 months of storage.
