Tasting note
Rich yellow with golden reflections. Perfect, unobtrusive perlage. Finely scented with pome fruit on the nose, as well as floral notes. Remarkably complex and diverse. Ripe citrus fruit on the palate, again pome fruit. Rich in finesse, beautiful minerality. Long finish. I want more.
