This Crémant de Bourgogne - Méthode Traditionnelle - is a so-called Blanc de Noir and is made from 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes come from a single vineyard of just 0.8 ha. The basis is the 2019 vintage, which fermented with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and allowed to mature in the bottle for over two years before being disgorged. The nose shows delicate aromas of red berries, cherries, yellow plums, juicy pome fruit and some citrus fruit, underlaid with delicate floral notes and subtle minerals. Dancing on the palate, delicately fruity, with elegant perlage and lovely freshness.
