Tasting note
Fresh cherries and plums beguile the nose. On the palate, there are aromas of juicy peaches, cherries and strawberries. A well-blended, subtle residual sweetness makes for an enjoyable drink and results in a fresh, mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian cuisine, desserts and fruit desserts.
Vinification
Pure Merlot, which is aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months.
