Tasting note
Strong, spicy nose with aromas of dark berries, latwerge, dark chocolate and fine tobacco roasted notes. On the palate, full-bodied, demanding, with lots of pressure and a distinct but well-integrated tannin structure.
Culinary recommendation
With its strong structure, it goes perfectly with dark meat, especially from the grill, but also as a stew. Also great with hearty game dishes.
