About the wine

The dahlia is the most admired flower for its delicacy. It was discovered in Yucatan and since then it has stood for the desire to achieve beauty and about its origin. The name of the wine expresses a single wish: to capture the finest and most beautiful essence of Grenache.

Tasting note
Delicate aromas of rose and jasmine. On the palate, fresh and floral, elegant with notes of red berries and persistent acidity

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve its floral character.
