About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Serpaia di Endrizzi masters this white wine in the graceful and sunny landscape of Valtellina. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This cuvée is ideal to be served with poultry or asparagus.
Tasting note
On the nose, a floral scent with notes of green apple, elderflower and honey. Fresh taste on the palate with good structure and a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, light appetizers, fish dishes and seafood.
Vinification
Manual harvest after severe yield reduction in summer. Gentle pneumatic grape pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel with pure yeast and brief refinement under batonnage on the yeast.
