Dalton Estate M Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 - Dalton Winery

About the wine

This Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, rich and balanced wine that brings out characters of various forest fruits, berries and mint. This fragrant boquete is beautifully complemented by subtle vanilla and oak aromas. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this red wine is a lush and appealing drop and has a light breeze of tannin with a lovely, dignified finish. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged in French and American oak barrels for around 10 months. Professional winemakers taste the result and then make the final, desired mix. The inviting Estate bottle will remain in excellent drinking form for several years under suitable conditions. Taste the wine with delicious dishes such as pulled beef, crispy duck breast or lasagna.
