About the wine
The powerful Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 — DALTON Galilo is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. The winemaker from the Israeli winery Dalton Winery grows this wine in the countryside. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with pizza with mushrooms or red meat.

Tasting note
The Dalton “Galilo” shows scents of cassis, anise, cherries and chocolate on the nose. The wine impresses with a soft and elegant palate. It has a long-lasting finish with warm vanilla notes.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes particularly well with rich dishes, such as a tender steak, lamb chops or a chicken in a sweet and sour sauce.
Vinification
The wine consists of a cuvée of high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Grenache Noir grapes, the majority of which come from the “Elkosh” vineyard at an altitude of 600 meters. The musts are mixed only after a separate fermentation. Later, the almost finished wine is stored in oak barrels for 20 months.
