About the wine
You will certainly enjoy the fine Dão DOC Baga, which was produced in 2017. The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Alvaro Castro has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and refinement are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny countryside of Dão.

Tasting note
On the nose with aromas of cherries and wild strawberries, with light roasted aromas and a nice freshness. A juicy start on the palate, immediately followed by well-integrated, yet present and slightly furry tannins, full of character. Long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, lamb, Mediterranean cuisine and mushrooms.
