You will definitely have a lot of fun with the first-class Dao DOC Quinta da Pellada Carrocel, which was produced in 2012. Sunny landscapes in Dão give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Alvaro Castro conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
Clear ruby red. On the nose, aromas of black fruits. The palate is dense and well-structured. The tannins are strong but very fine-grained. The finale is long and aromatic and suggests its great potential. A very complex wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, grill, Mediterranean cuisine
Vinification
Aged for 14 months in new French barriques.
