About the wine

This powerful Rabigato 2017 — Das isch läbe Variedade is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience if you offer this rabigato with spaghetti Napoli or tapas dishes.

Tasting note
Clean lemon yellow. Notes of white fruits, with a pleasant lime flavor, combined with well-combined herbs. Broad freshness on the palate, tremendous pleasure to drink this wine.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team recommends this Das isch läbe Variedade to accompany vegetable soup, tapas dishes and spaghetti Napoli. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature is slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 3-5 years.
Vinification
Manual harvest in September, then aging in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
