A semi-dry wine. Best enjoyed with tuna, light curries, smoked salmon, chicken or simply on its own. Ripened oak with lively plums and ripe berries on the palate. The wine has an intense aroma of roasted coffee beans, followed by a smoky mocha java aftertaste. Ideal with hearty red meat dishes such as osso bucco, lamb, grilled meats, curry, game fowl, spare ribs and meat stews.
