About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Argentinian winery Bodegas Finca Decero masters this red wine in the enchanting and sunny landscape in Mendoza. You will definitely have a lot of fun with the fine Decero Petit Verdot Mini Ediciones, which was produced in 2017.

Tasting note
This wine is characterized by its intense aromas. It reflects wild blueberries combined with notes of quince. This red wine is very well balanced and the pine trees are structured.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with venison, lamb and duck.
Vinification
Hand harvesting and double selection. 7 days of cold maceration and 10 days of fermentation in small steel tanks at 28 degrees. After fermentation, maceration again for 18 days. Malolactic fermentation followed by 16 months of aging in French barriques (50% new wood).
