Tasting note
The spicy aromas of the Decero Tannat of licorice express a lot of complexity with a very special structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of red plum and dark forest berries reveal their own character. Heavy body and distinctive acidity result in the red wine, which shows plenty of character and class with dominant tannins in the mouth.

Handernte und doppelte Selektion. 7 Tage Kaltmazeration. 10 Tage Fermentation in kleinen Stahltanks bei 28 Grad, gefolgt von weiteren 18 Tagen Mazeration nach der Gärung. Malolaktische Gärung und 16 Monate Ausbau in französischen Barriques (50% neu).
