About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Caruso e Minini conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Color: Deep ruby red Aroma: Intense, powerful aromas of red fruits. Fine bouquet of spices and tobacco. Character: Full-bodied and complex on the palate. The berries, the soft tannin structure and the finesse invite you to enjoy.

Goes well with Asian dishes, pasta, barbecues, beef and lamb as well as cheese and much more.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 24-month aging in French oak barrels, 6-month aging in bottle.
