About the wine
The winemaker from the US winery Francis Ford Coppola Winery in the sunny landscape of California masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition. With the dominant red wine 2019 — Diamond Collection Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles, nuances and accents are redefined. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère Burger or Ribeye Steak.

Tasting note
Dark red, almost black, very elegant. Aromas of black fruit, notes of coffee and vanilla, wrapped in hints of almonds and sandalwood. Aromas of concentrated ripe stone fruit at the start, body and length, toasted oak in the middle of the palate, full-bodied and intense with subtle tannins and refined character, which is intensified by a long spicy finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with patties, venison carpaccio, spaghetti bolognese, clay fillet wrapped in pepper, royal couscous, grilled steak, rack of lamb & venison.
