Bio
Tasting note
A magical wine with a mysterious, profound scent, constantly showing new nuances. Most beautiful Malbec seasoning with fruit compote, rose hips, oak seasoning, verbena and cedar.Substantial and very densely built, with a fine-grained, crumbly tannin structure which makes the wine firm and solid but does not have a drying effect but makes it appear silky ground. Eternally long finish with rose hips, chocolate and some licorice. Extraordinary!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with ragout, game, grilled meat, braised meat and braised lamb.
Vinification
It's finally here, the sequel to Collection 1! The best Malbec grapes from the Lujàn de Cuyo region (1000 meters above sea level) are harvested in small boxes of 13 kg and then macerated and microvinified in French oak barrels. The wooden barrels are manually rolled back and forth 5 times a day so that the juice combines optimally with the wood and the extraction of the grapes is perfect. The wine then matures for 18 months in new barriques. It is then bottled horizontally and matured in the bottle for 5 years.
