About the wine
Give yourself a treat for the senses with the first-class Docil Vinho Verde from 2017! Blooming and beautiful landscapes of the Douro Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Dirk Niepoort conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
Floral tones on the nose, underpinned by a lovely peach note. A refreshing acidity and minerality on the palate. Thanks to its low alcohol content, the wine is ideal for drinking a glass more.

Goes well with asparagus dishes, aperitifs, Asian dishes, light dishes, vegetables.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and at a low temperature with fine yeast, interrupted by cold and then transferred to isothermal tanks. As a result, a balanced sugar and acid content can be maintained.
