Tasting note
You expect easy drinking with a Dolcetto, but there is some substance and substance here, so that the wine goes very well with hearty food. Nice youthful cherry red. Appealing floral scent with some marzipan notes. Juicy on the palate with beautiful youthful fruit, very rich structure with soft tannins, fine texture, very well balanced.
