About the wine
This subtle red wine 2014 — Dolcetto d'Alba DOC is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The fertile and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Vigneti Luigi Oddero & Figli conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Dolcetto with poultry dishes or white meat.
Tasting note
The Dolcetto is ruby red with purple reflections. Fresh scent of crunchy wild berries and cherries. Extremely fresh, delicately fruity and juicy on the palate. Easy drinking experience for everyday use.

Vinification
Mash fermentation takes place for 5 days at temperatures between 27 and 30 °C. Ageing takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks.
