Black with red highlights. On the nose, oriental and mineral notes of spices, cherries, plums, cloves and tobacco. Very complex on the palate with a lot of refinement from the long ageing on the fine yeast. Wonderful drinking experience in a few years, unless all bottles have already been uncorked by then, resisting the elephant thing seems almost inhumane. >2027
