About the wine
The Domaine des Tourelles was founded in 1868 by the French engineer François-Eugène Brunnen and is one of the oldest wineries in Lebanon. The winery is in the Bekaa Valley, halfway between Beirut and Damascus. Domaine des Tourelles is located at 1000 meters above sea level and owns over 40 ha of vines. Some of the oldest vines in Lebanon are located there. The entire grape harvest is harvested manually. Today, Domaine des Tourelles is managed by Faouzi Issa. Faouzi studied oenology in Bordeaux and is an aspiring and innovative Lebanese winemaker.

Golden yellow color. On the nose, aromas of pineapple, lychee and jasmine. Fresh finish on the palate.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Domaine des Tourelles Blanc passt hervorragend zu Spargeln, Geflügel und Trüffel. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Weisswein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 8°-10°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: 1 - 3 Jahre nach Ernte.
