About the wine
With the delicious Domini Plus Douro DOC from 2015, you will positively surprise your friends. Sunny and picturesque landscapes of the Alentejo give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery José Maria Da Fonseca conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Tasting note
Rich ruby red. The oak wood underlines the cassis and blackberry aromas, finally the bouquet becomes fresher and the deep fruit leaves the oak behind. The body, with its slim and elegant style, is a typical Fonseca wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, venison, hard cheese and lamb.
Vinification
Fermentation with skins at 28°C. Ageing: twelve months in new French oak barrels.
